With the Property RSS APIs service, software developers can harvest their RSS real estate feeds from web sites or query the system more directly from their own computer programs. Property RSS uses the RSS standard so a developer can program in his or her favorite environment - such as ASP, Java, Perl, Python, PHP, or Visual Studio .NET.

To start writing RSS files or programs using Property RSS APIs:

1. Read through the Developer's API and Examples

The Property RSS Developer APIs provides documentation for using the Property RSS APIs service. The examples currently includes PHP examples for writing programs on any PHP platform.

2. Harvest your Property RSS Feed

To register and harvest your RSS feed, you will need access to the webserver that contains your RSS file. To utilitize the Property RSS Paid Subscriber APIs services, you must register for a yearly subscription and obtain a license key. For Paid Subscribers, your program must include your license key with each query you submit to the Property RSS APIs service. Check out the FAQs for more information.
